the hotel staff showed exceptional care and attention to my elderly parents, making sure they were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. the tea and coffee facilities in our room were top-notch, allowing us to enjoy a cozy afternoon together. the sitting area and terrace provided a lovely space for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the kitchen utensils were of high quality, making it easy for us to cook our own meals and feel right at home. the electric kettle in the room was a convenient touch, allowing us to enjoy hot beverages whenever we pleased. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, and the close proximity to Livingstone's Freehouse and Restaurant made dining out a breeze. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it truly was a remarkable experience that I will never forget.
